Hi! I’m Katie

It’s my mission to help you get out of your own way so you can make realistic and sustainable shifts to feel YOUR most vibrant.

10 years ago, I had “it all”. I was “fit”, had two degrees, great job, beautiful family, and a freaking white picket fence around my big home… and I was MISERABLE.

I learned the hard way that external confidence didn’t cut it.  Happiness doesn’t magically show up when you reach your goals. I learned the mindset and habit shifts I needed to FEEL vibrant from the INSIDE out.  Now I am a busy mom in my 40s and help others find THEIR unique vibrancy equation!

What is a life coach and how is it different from a therapist?

A therapist analyzes your past to understand your current behaviours; they focus on the “why”. A life coach works like an “action-oriented mentor” to help you clarify your goals, identify what is holding you back, and come up with realistic and sustainable strategies to overcome them. all while cheering you on and helping you every step of the way! I focus on the “how” to help you reach your ultimate goals.
