Although one-on-one coaching will get you the fastest transformation since I can tailor everything specifically to your needs, group coaching is an amazing, lower-cost alternative and brings with it unique benefits! With a group, you feel less alone when you hear that others struggle with similar issues, and you build a beautiful sense of community.

Module one

Set The Foundation

Description

It can be hard to invest in ourselves and scary to add anything more to our plates, especially as women who are often spending most of our energy on others. In this module, we will lay the foundation together to ensure you feel supported, not overwhelmed, and ready to take on this vibrancy reset. I will put your mind at ease that you will be able to fit this in, and I will also be supporting you to start making small changes right away, even before you think you are ready!

Module Two

Mindset Reset

Outcome

  • Discover how to shift your mindset for guaranteed better success in any part of your life
  • Learn tips and habits to start re-wiring your brain so you are better able to show up for yourself
  • Feel the shift right away after the mindset reset challenge which will boost your confidence in moving forward

Description

The #1 reason most people fail in changing their lifestyle or reaching goals is that they don’t have the right mindset. In this module, you will learn the importance of moving from a do then feel mindset to a feel then do mindset so you can get out of your head, into your heart, and start feeling a shift towards vibrancy. This is the flagship difference of my program from any other and will be a game changer in starting and sticking to new habits.

Module three

Wake Up To What You TRULY Want And Why

Outcome

  • Shed the societal bull and discover what you truly want so we can plan backward from there
  • Wake up to your WHY so you can avoid wasting your time setting the wrong goals
  • Identify and start to shed the F’s that are holding you back so you feel lighter and can better focus on your growth

Description

What if what you think you “should” be doing is just overwhelming you and isn’t even the best path to get you to where you authentically want to be? This is why we will park the “HOW” until we unpack the “WHY” you want to change. How do you want to feel? This module will help you get clear on an authentic desired end state that is not stagnant or tied to one goal so we are sure to set you on the right path.

Module four

Bust Your Barriers

Outcome

  • Get clear on what is blocking you from feeling your best or making the right shifts to get there so you can build a plan around them
  • Gain greater self-love and acceptance that barriers are normal & actually necessary so you don’t fully self-sabotage when they inevitably arise
  • Finally have a plan to sustain any habit change with new “barrier busters” so you are ready and empowered to face them and stay on track

Description

There will always be barriers in our lives that stand in the way of making the necessary shifts to feel our best. By identifying them and accepting their purpose and benefit, you will feel empowered and ready with a plan to avoid giving up or falling off the wagon as you work to feel your best.

Module five

Set Goals and Change Habits

Outcome

  • Understand the science behind successful goal setting and habit change so you can apply it to anything you are trying to change
  • Finally understand why you may have struggled in certain areas and gain the knowledge of how to shift that
  • Master goal setting and habit change techniques so you can start putting them into action right away

Description

Changing behaviors is hard. if it was easy, everyone would be perfectly healthy, happy and successful. In this module, you will learn evidence-based ways to successfully set goals and change habits, so you are set up for success and can apply this in all areas of your life.

Module six

Show Up – Nail Your Vibrancy Plan

Outcome

  • Nail your individualized vibrancy plan that is realistic and sustainable so you are ready and confident to put it into action 
  • Discover how things have shifted since you first set your goals so you can feel proud and confident that this plan is true to you and what you authentically want
  • Feel prepared with the right barrier busters and supports so you are ready to step up and sustain change no matter what life throws at you

Description

Most people either get overwhelmed with setting goals and a plan, or go about it in the wrong way, and their “plans” work for only a short time then fail. In this module, you will apply your new knowledge and mindset to create an authentic and sustainable plan that will allow you to show up and feel your most vibrant, authentic yourself.

Module seven

Step Up – Put Your Plan Into Action

Outcome

  • Learn how to build in support systems and flexibility when you hit bumps in the road so you are set up for long term success
  • Start feeling the shift and gain certainty that you have the power to change your life in ways that become easy and natural with time
  • Feel supported and ready to become your healthiest most confident and most vibrant self

Description

Some people are great at sticking to a plan for a short time but quickly fall off the wagon. That’s why you have a coach! In this module, you will set your plan in motion and make tweaks where necessary. We will have multiple check-ins and accountability monitoring, so we are sure that your new plan is the right one to get you feeling your most confident, healthy, and vibrant self.
